A specific vision was brought by Bruna Mendez when inviting me to create her album artwork. Corpo Possível, different from her debut O mesmo mar que nega a terra cede à sua calma, was lighter, solar, like drinking something cold at the end of a hot afternoon watching the sunset.
These elements had already been explored in a photoshoot with Junior Ribeiro, using pink-salmon-orange backgrounds, composing nature elements with appliances and musical instruments. The starting point was to explore these photographs and create a visual system to the CD release and further materials such as merch and posters. I printed her photos in various qualities of xerox to complement the textures of sounds and explored handmade drawings with digital editing to evoke Bruna's creative process of layering vocal harmony and MIDI recordings.
